Does BrunoMensWear® ship to all of Mexico?

Yes. BrunoMensWear® makes express deliveries to all the States of the Mexican Republic, however, there are some zip codes where they tend to take a little longer due to the lack of delivery, but do not worry! In case your delivery suffers from this situation, we will contact you.

Does BrunoMensWear® ship internationally?

Yes, BrunoMensWear® ships express to most countries around the world.

Can I choose the Parcel Company that will deliver my product?

No. At the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel will make the delivery at your home, since we have as a strategic partner in the parcel service to UPS INTERNATIONAL and the delivery time around the world is 3 to 5 business days .

What packages does BrunoMensWear® use to send orders?

To deliver the products right at the address you indicate, under the best conditions and in the shortest possible time, at BrunoMensWear® we use the UPS INTERNATIONAL as a strategic partner in the parcel service.

Remember that at the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel will deliver at your home, as it is automatically assigned depending on the characteristics of the product (dimensions and weight) and the geographical area in which the order will be delivered.

Can I choose a date and time for the delivery of my product?

Yes. Regarding the delivery date if you can choose, unfortunately we can not schedule any time to deliver your products, since the parcel has specific routes to follow according to the geographical area.

However, when your product is shipped, we will send you an email where you can know the estimated delivery date.

How much is the shipping?

The shipping cost will be determined at the time of departure and depends on the number of items purchased, as well as the shipping method selected. At the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel delivery your order because we occupy a strategic partner for international shipments, rest assured that BrunoMensWear® will always do its best to offer the cheapest rates available. Keep in mind the additional customs costs and obligations incurred are your responsibility and may vary outside of Mexico.

How can I know what size should I use?

I just completed an order. When will it be sent?

After your order is placed you usually require 1 to 7 business days for the process. Special orders can take up to 10 days to send. We do not send or deliver packages on holidays in Mexico, or on Sunday. Weekend orders (Sunday), including Saturday afternoon and evening will start processing on Monday.

How can I check the status of my order?

Immediately after confirming and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second message with tracking information of the package will be sent when your order is shipped. The item I want is out of stock. How long will it take for it to be available again?

While we strive to fill all orders in full, some items may be temporarily out of stock or seasonal so in a period no longer than 8 business days will be filled more. Can I save items in my shopping cart and buy them later?

All items are sold on a first serve. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart may not be available later. The only way to reserve these items is to complete your order as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my order somewhere?

At the moment, international orders are not possible, they are sent directly to the address you gave us in your order.

Does BrunoMensWear® have printed catalogs?
